They allow the most dangerous insect pests for vines to be monitored: grapevine moths (Eudemis and Cochylis), leafhoppers and \u2018flavescence dor\u00e9e\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The aim:<\/strong> to limit insect treatments to what is strictly necessary and optimally performed, but also to better anticipate risks thanks to a good knowledge of pest distribution.<\/p>\n<p>We also use\u00a0<strong>insect repellents<\/strong>, designed to repel rather than kill insects. We spray kaolin (crushed calcined clay) on the vine leaves, which camouflages the vines and offers natural protection against leafhoppers.
