An early 20th-century<\/strong> our label mentioned proudly the classification of Premier Cru<\/strong> and three gold medals<\/strong> won during universal exhibition, beside a picture of the estate.<\/p>\n

At this time, 50 hectares of vines were already cultivated carefully.<\/p>\n

The book Bordeaux and its Wines Classified in order of Merit\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0stated \u00ab\u00a0The recently constructed vat houses and cellars are some of the most beautiful in the land\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

These records confirm the excellence<\/strong> and prestige<\/strong> of the property for several centuries<\/p>\n

The medals and the picture of the estate are replaced by the red and gold<\/strong> shield of Bordeaux. \u00a0As it customary, the mention \u00ab\u00a0Mis en bouteille au ch\u00e2teau\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>*<\/em> was added throught the label<\/p>\n
