This summer, during a cooler night, try this hot dish. We propose you a succulent spinach, chorizo and burrata risotto, with Château Brown Rouge 2012.
Chorizo and Burrata will be a successful pairing with this vintage of red and its crispy fruit and silky tannins.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

> 50g of butter
> 1 onion finely chopped
> 2 cloves garlic
> 125 ml of white wine
> 400g of risotto rice
> 1.5 liters of hot chicken broth
> 100g of spinach
1 burrata
250g chorizo mixed
> Some lemon zest
> Some mint or basil according to your tastes
